How long before I can receive my order?
The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches and restocks, delivery time may vary.
Enzo is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees.
Can I change my order?
Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. Efforts will be made to accommodate your request, however, there is no guarantee that any changes will be made once an order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order 14 days after you receive it if you have a change of heart. You are required to pay for shipping and handling. Please ship your order to the enzo unlimited Creative space. (Please note, enzo reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds)
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
Can I exchange my product?
No exchanges are offered. All sales are final.
How can I check the status of my order?

Do you ship to P.O./APO/FPO?
At this time orders do not ship to the addresses listed above.
